It was a touristic hotel that covered all our needs. The staff was really helpful, always there to help. The bed was comfy, the room was new-fashioned and nicely decorated with good products. The location was nice and unbeatable, in Usaquen district!

The location of the hotel is favourable, near bars and clubs, restaurants, and clubs. Make sure you stay in the a double room with good products.

The hotel is ideal and upscale and housed in a lovely building. It has very friendly, affable staff. The rooms are large, with nice views, and the location is unbeatable in the center. Will choose the place for future trips, loved this place, thank you.

The breakfast was good with great food. The service was excellent and the pool was heated. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, I would happily go back again...

The location was absolutely perfect for Bogota, just next door to authentic restaurants and Bogotá and parks. The room I had was nicely decorated with all amenities and the staff was amicable.

Appetising food options. Tastefully decorated & modern room with all amenities. Perfect and marvellous location, 21 minutes drive from the airport.

The room we booked was bright and new-fashioned with heating, the supplies. Great job, staff were very helpful and particularly helpful and ensured a perfect experience for us. The location was perfect and lovely, just a short walk away from a commercial and recreational park. This hotel was in a secure area just off authentic restaurants and all attractions, Bogota and the center;)))

During my Christmas vacation, I had an amazing hotel experience. The buffet-style breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of fruits and breakfast packages to choose from. The location was perfect, a very safe spot that offered quiet and comfortable rooms. the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, making my stay more enjoyable.

On the other hand, I would have preferred a more touristy atmosphere and friendlier staff. The food service quality did not match the high standards of the hotel.

The room was new-fashioned and bright, with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was good, the check in was early. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

Lovely hotel with good view. Quiet rooms with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Good choice of DELICIOUS food at breakfast time.

The location in the city was great, close to many restaurants and other attractions. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was polite and wanted to help, making me feel welcomed.

The vibe of the hotel felt more suited towards business travelers than tourists. The food quality wasn't up to the same standard as the hotel itself.
